Abstract
"Abstract: Digital educational equity in Bangladesh means supplying high-speed internet, digital tools and teacher training to ensure every student gets equal chance to study. Teachers need proper training to use digital tools. Many poor and village people have no idea how to use internet or digital devices. COVID-19 has shown that when lockdown was going on, student cannot study without internet. Many studies in Bangladesh focus on providing internet access and devices. But no study suggests about devices training, content, equality together. This study mentions everything together. This study wanted to identify what Bangladesh needs along with digital skills, proper teaching and fair policies to make equal education for everyone. The main aim was to create a proper plan that can help every child from every level of society. This study was done by collecting data from world bank, derived variables etc from 1995 to 2024 and used EXCEL for calculation. The regression analysis showed that the value of R² is 0.85. The selected factors explain 85% of GDP variation. Internet access had a positive impact on economic growth, with GDP increasing by about 0.24% for every 1% rise in internet access. A strong positive correlation [r = 0.78] was found between internet usage and literacy rate. Regression was used to see the exact impact of internet, electricity and education increase GDP. Correlation was used to see how all these factors are connected. Bangladesh has improved in digitalisation and education. More people use the internet and devices over the years. School, college and university participation have increased. Literacy rates have developed. More girls are joining school than boys in many conditions. The use of internet and devices in education have helped reduce poverty. But some problems are still being faced. The results show major progress in internet and digital technology use in Bangladesh. These changes are connected with lower poverty and better social development. Some gaps and issues still remain in digital access."
